These terms of use govern the use of the Vendre Mon Auto Québec website (hereinafter "the Site"). By accessing the Site, you accept these terms without reservation.

The Site allows users to submit their vehicle details in order to obtain a purchase offer from Vendre Mon Auto Québec. Submitting a form does not constitute an obligation to sell for the user nor an obligation to buy for the company until a written offer has been accepted by both parties.
User obligations
The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle. Any intentional misrepresentation may invalidate an offer and engage the user's liability.
Purchase offers
Offers made by the company are based on the information provided and the vehicle inspection. An offer may be adjusted following a physical inspection revealing undisclosed elements. Offers are valid for 7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, layout, graphic elements) is the property of Vendre Mon Auto Québec or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is." The company cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions or interruptions of the Site. Vehicle appraisals are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a firm commitment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Quebec, Montreal district.
Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
